What the letters mean
A means the documented typing answers a major early theatre. B means a clear role without a special early-theatre problem. C means the second theatre resists that typing, so you should catch a partner before Heiwa. Ranked value is not scored.
A tier
Player decision The most comfortable documented typing for the Fire theatre. Still catch a Light or Dark answer for Silvent. Editorial story note only.
Player decision A strong Silvent typing once you have this line. Do not stay in on Plant STAB. Editorial story note only.
B tier
Player decision Choose Embit when you want a melee Fire line and you will catch a Water partner before Heiwa. Editorial note for story typing, not a ranked grade.
Player decision Use it as a Dark slot beside a Light partner for Silvent, and check the in-game effectiveness text before you assume a kill.
Player decision Keep it for coverage you have tested in battle. Do not leave it in on Water STAB at Atlanthian.
C tier
Player decision Pick Fevine for the later Water theatre and catch a Water or Earth partner before Akio. The low letter is the Heiwa problem, not a claim that the final form is weak.
Player decision Bench it against Akio. The Ice/Earth final form is a late typing, not an early Fire answer.
